Business to Customer (B2C) Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions

     It will be the company's own decision as to whom the company will do business with. If the portal ID is closed, the customer cannot take legal action against the company.

     Chhavi Agrigenetics Enterprises is not a manufacturing company, we do not manufacture any goods. We buy goods from the producer. Good quality products try to reach you.

     Proper quality goods are sold by us. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by misuse of the goods.

     Before using any product, read the precautions and warnings written on it.

      Please read the terms and conditions written in the product description, all those terms and conditions will be valid.

Return Terms and Conditions

  1. Multinational Company

     Goods belonging to multinational companies will not be returned.

     If the goods are damaged during transportation, the amount of the damaged goods will be refunded, but the entire goods will not be refunded.

     Upload the photo of the broken goods along with the complaint, without the photo the complaint will not be accepted and the goods or money will not be returned.

     If you got a damaged product then you have to inform us in front of the transport officer otherwise the company will not pay .

     If delivery of wrong goods has been received, or ordered goods have not been received or wrong goods have arrived in its place, then the goods will be replaced and the correct goods will be given.

     If the return request is not accepted by the team after inspecting the goods then the goods will not be returned and the reason for rejection of the request will be informed to you.

     There is a stipulated time for returning the sold goods, after that time period the company will not return the goods in any way.

     Goods will not be refunded on repeat or repeated purchases of the same merchandise from the same company.

     In case the order is placed by mistake and the order is wrong, transport charges will be deducted.

2.  Other company

     If the result of the product is not achieved then the goods will be returned and the money will be refunded. The amount of the goods returned will be equal to the amount returned.

Transport Terms and Conditions

     At some places we cannot provide home delivery service, at those places we only provide local transport facilities.

      You can see the transport bill ( billty) with your order. And we also send you transport bill ( billty) messages in the application.

     You can get information about your order by calling the number given on the transport bill ( billty) , when and where the goods will be delivered.

     We outsource transportation services, so if there is a delay due to any reason, we will try to deliver the goods quickly.

     If transport bill ( billty) goods are returned before delivery, transport charges will be deducted.

Refund Terms and Conditions

     Payment will be made after inspection after the goods reach the company.

     Payment will be made within 2 days of receipt of returned goods.

     Payment for damages incurred during transportation will be made within 2 days. Only as much loss as has been caused.

Damage Terms and Conditions

     The responsibility for any loss arising from the use of the goods will lie with the supplier or manufacturer for whom you have billed. Please keep the bill carefully.

     Important information like name and address of the manufacturing company or supplier is present on the bill, which can be contacted if required.

     You can also make your complaint through the application, which will be resolved as soon as possible.

     In case of extreme need, the mobile number of the manufacturing company or supplier can also be given to you, but before that our agent or employee will check on their own.

If the matter goes to legal action, we will provide you all the information we have as soon as possible.
